1. Rent: 750,000KRW per month

  Utilities fee: 50,000KRW per month (Utilities fee including: Wi-Fi, Electricity, Gas, Water)

  In total: 800,000KRW per month

 * 40,000 KRW/night for extra nights.

2. Required Stay : Semester : MIN 4 months / Vacation : MIN 1 month (※ Vacation = JAN, FEB, JUL, AUG)

3. Specification : Located on 3~4 floors. One guest per room. Separated area from other rooms

4. 1 Room 1 Guest Policy : No overnight guests allowed.
