2. Required Stay : Semester : MIN 4 months / Vacation : MIN 1 month (※ Vacation = JAN, FEB, JUL, AUG)

3. Specification : Located on 3~4 floors. One guest per room. Larger(longer) dimension

4. 1 Room 1 Guest Policy : No overnight guests allowed.
